Can We Upgrade The Baconator? | Chef Tom X All Things Barbecue
Beef, bacon, and American cheese screams America so loudly, that if there were a bald eagle sitting nearby, it would be nodding its head in approval. So, for our 4th of July burger recipe, Chef Tom took the Wendy's Baconator, and threw a few upgrades at it to see what he could come up with. Adding baconnaise, more flavor to the beef patty, and bacon smoked on the YS640s, we think he did the right thing. We're sure you will too when you try this one. Better eat it fast, or the bald eagle will grab it!

I have been told that Cilantro gone to seed becomes coriander. Coriander crushed becomes cumin. Is this accurate? Because all three have a much different taste.

It's the processed cheese slice you saw there. And while it has its place (such as in the recipe shown), it really is hard to actually say it's cheese.

Regarding ketchup on a burger, I would agree however, many prefer ketchup but at the same time, "spread" or "1,000 Island" has ketchup in it in limited amount. We prefer yellow mustard, dill pickles, a sweet or red onion slice, a wagon wheel beef steak tomato slice and spread on a bun with a rare to medium cooked beef patty, preferably ground round, chuck or brisket. It's all yum from there.
